Hi! I’m Rishi — a CS + UX student at the University of Michigan passionate about building intuitive, impact-driven tools.
Hi! I’m Rishitha, a builder and problem-solver with a love for designing digital experiences that are clear, intentional, and built to last.
I’ve spent the last few years bouncing between engineering and product roles at Cigna, working on everything from onboarding chatbots to smart test selection tools for developers. I’ve also worn every hat possible at a YC-backed startup- marketing, QA, you name it.
When I’m not in Figma or VSCode, you’ll probably find me cooking something experimental (usually edible), hunting down hidden food gems, or traveling with friends/family.
From healthcare chatbots to AI-powered meal planners, I’ve built all kinds of things that make life (and tech) a little smarter and smoother.
Developed an AI-powered system that analyzes code changes and recommends optimal testing strategies, reducing unnecessary testing costs by 35% while maintaining 98% defect coverage.
Built a regression model using recipe nutrition data to predict prep time. Improved R² from 0.03 to 0.437 by engineering features like sodium level and log-calories.
Developed a meal-planning app that uses AI and receipt scanning to suggest personalized recipes, reduce food waste, and track nutrition—offering a more sustainable way to eat.
Built a healthcare chatbot and forum with React Native, cutting call center load by 40%
I'm always open to discussing new opportunities in product, software engineering, or tech in general- whether it's sharing insights or exploring ways we might collaborate. Feel free to reach out!
